Systems Engineer [Ref: E&O-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Implement provisioning order and maintenance in 3G/4G roaming platforms
-Coordinate with internal parties, engineers and customers to implement provisioning orders
-Review service order for completeness, accuracy, achievable delivery date and service feasibility
-Conduct testing with internal parties and customers; manage the whole process from pre-sales to completion and handoff of the service
-Assist in managing SCCP/LTE signalling system
-Support Engineering and Planning teams to ensure the network design and features meet the service requests

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication, specifically in the areas of mobile messaging and roaming engineering
-Experience in 5G protocol and 5G related server operation would be an advantage
-Familiar in SCCP/MAP/LTE signalling protocol
-Familiar in HTTP/SMPP mobile messaging protocol would be an advantage
-Knowledge in Linux would be an advantage
-Knowledge in application architecture design and programming language would be an advantage
-Good interpersonal skills, mature and independent
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Product Development Manager [Ref: DID-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes in the mobile space
-Generate new product ideas and collaborate with technical and software development teams to transform concepts into viable solutions
-Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including mobile network operators, system integrators, and technology partners
-Negotiate and secure business partnerships to expand the reach and capabilities of our mobile network and intelligence products
-Develop robust go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans
-Oversee the launch and commercialization of new products, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction
-Analyze market performance, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine and enhance our product portfolio

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
-Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, or business partnerships within the telecommunications industry
-Deep understanding of mobile network architectures, 5G/4G technologies, and emerging trends in GSM mobile solutions
-Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing new technology products or services

Senior Data Engineer [Ref: DID2-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for technical tracking, policy research, and strategic planning in the field of data elements
-Design efficient data architectures to ensure scalability and reliability for product or platform related to data
-Ensure the efficient and reliable movement of data across various systems
-Collaborate with development team to implement and optimize high-speed data transfer protocols
-Integrate data from various sources into a unified system, ensure data consistency, reliability and availability
-Work with technical specialist, business analyst, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues

Requirements:

-Degree holder or above in Data Science, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering
-Familiar with ETL tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop
-Familiar with network security practices and protocols, holders with related certificate is preferable
-Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, golang, C#.Net.
-Experience with data transfer protocols, including RDMA, TCP/IP, VPP, etc. is an advantage
-Experience with data storage solutions and file systems is an advantage
-Experience in OTT, AI, or innovative technology companies is an advantage

Senior Engineer (IT Operation) [Ref: ITO-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Support all level of internal users in order to deliver high quality IT services
-Support and conduct administration tasks on MS Windows AD domain platform
-Provide back-end support and system administration for office system, printers, VC appliance and servers
-Responsible for onsite server hardware replacement and maintenance support
-Install server and conduct configuration of hardware and software
-Server, SAN, Network and infrastructure setup and support
-Lead project implementation, conduct project and vendor management
-Review IT helpdesk services and problem escalation
-Perform ad hoc assignment from superior to meet business objectives

Requirements:

-Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
-Certification of MCP/MCSE, VCP and LPIC preferable
-Minimum 5 years' experience in server hardware replacement, Microsoft Windows, Linux , VMware, server administration and support
-Knowledge of backup operation and DR solution is an advantage
-Self-motivated, proactive and a team-player with good communication skill
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
