Account Manager [Ref: CBM-CW-2025]
Responsibilities:
-Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts of Mainland China to achieve long-term success
-Responsible for management of existing and potential customers including handling commercial and technical questions from customers
-Provide efficient pre and post sales support including presentations, sales quotations, contracts, customized solutions, technical advice, negotiation etc.
-Suggest actions to improve telecom product/service based on technology trend and customers’ expectation especially in the assigned China market
Requirements:
-Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering or related disciplines
-Track record or experience in management of Mainland China enterprise accounts of Telecom industry
-Sound telecom product and technology knowledge with numerical sense/analytical skills are essential
-Excellent communication skills, ability to answer technical inquiries on time and business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
-Good team player, positive attitude and excellent customer service
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
