职责:

(En) -Handle implementation, installation, launching and supporting of new products and projects developed in-house
-Perform system monitoring, platform enhancement and capacity planning
-Provide tier 3 support for engineering and operation team

(En) -Provide 1st tier support and monitor the telecommunication services including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS, IDD and Retail Service
-Handle real time alarm and traffic performance monitoring to meet the service quality target
-Perform restorative actions for system failure to minimize service interruption
-Troubleshoot for the customers’ complaints

-Analyse the alarms information and maintain the service quality of telecommunication services
-Troubleshoot for the network fault and customer complaints
