IT Security Manager [Ref: IT-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the goals of network security and data privacy protection
-Provide professional technical support for network security and effectively enhance the Company’s network security and data privacy protection capabilities
-Review and implement network security policies, guidelines, and procedures, formulate and implement effective network security and data privacy frameworks to ensure risk control and protect network quality
-Manage the collection of information security intelligence, and actively work with platform owners to resolve security vulnerabilities and prevent network attacks
-Manage the implementation of various information security-related projects
-Responsible for the Company's internal and external IT audits and ISO audits and certifications, and track the progress of various remedial measures by collaborating with platform managers
-Manage and establish baseline security configurations to review and verify each operating system, application, network and various security devices
-Responsible for regularly conducting network security training and network security drills to enhance the awareness of network security among all employees in the Company

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Information Security, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Minimum 5 years of IT security or data privacy experience
-Certification in CISM, CISA or CISSP is preferred
-Experience in project management, IT governance, IT audit, IT risk management is preferred
-Experience in security solution implementation and incident management
-Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory
-Proficiency in cybersecurity framework like ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL
-Knowledge in PCI-DSS or secure SDLC is preferred
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Billing Officer [Ref: IT-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for Telecom billing management, revenue assurance, data reconciliation and billing dispute handling
-Internal controls for accurate, timely and efficient billing, complying with internal policies and procedures
-Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties
-Prepare operational statistics and reports for management review
-Support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

-Degree or above in Information Systems, Accounting or other related discipline
-Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)
-Experience in telecommunications industry or knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
-Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word and Excel
-Self-motivated, analytical and have good communication skills

Senior Analyst Programmer / System Analyst [Ref: IRD-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Take part in the whole web software development lifecycle including user requirement analysis, UI/UX design, development, SIT, UAT, training, and support
-Implement intuitive, responsive UIs that deliver satisfied user experience, applying modern UI design patterns and UX best practices
-Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to improve development methodologies

Requirements:

-Degree holder in in Computer Science, Digital Media Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design or related disciplines
-Minimum 2 years of experience in web application development
-Hands-on experience in UX/UI design and website prototyping (A portfolio with past projects is an advantage)
-Proficient in front-end frameworks such as Vue3, Angular, React, NodeJS, etc.
-Proficient in operating Windows and Linux operating system commands; Office and other office software; various application development IDEs and tools, as well as AI coding assistance tools; version control software and platforms (Git\GitLab)
-Knowledge of full-stack development with back-end language (e.g., Spring Boot, Python) would be an added advantage
-Experience in large scale website development is a plus
-Strong sense of responsibility and work independently

Technical Specialist [Ref: DID-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Assist on technical research and support to ensure the technology development is aligned with Company strategy
-Organize proof of concept (PoC) and prototype design to promote strategic innovation
-Develop system architecture and technical specifications to ensure high performance and high availability of the platform
-Provide technical guidance and support to solve complex technical problems encountered during the development process
-Work closely with product managers, development teams and other relevant departments to ensure requirements are fully implemented
-Collaborate with vendors to improve Company products and services

Requirements:

Account Manager [Ref: CBM-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts of Mainland China to achieve long-term success
-Responsible for management of existing and potential customers including handling commercial and technical questions from customers
-Provide efficient pre and post sales support including presentations, sales quotations, contracts, customized solutions, technical advice, negotiation etc.
-Suggest actions to improve telecom product/service based on technology trend and customers’ expectation especially in the assigned China market

Requirements:

-Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering or related disciplines
-Track record or experience in management of Mainland China enterprise accounts of Telecom industry
-Sound telecom product and technology knowledge with numerical sense/analytical skills are essential
