IT Security Manager [Ref: IT-CW-2025]
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the goals of network security and data privacy protection
-Provide professional technical support for network security and effectively enhance the Company’s network security and data privacy protection capabilities
-Review and implement network security policies, guidelines, and procedures, formulate and implement effective network security and data privacy frameworks to ensure risk control and protect network quality
-Manage the collection of information security intelligence, and actively work with platform owners to resolve security vulnerabilities and prevent network attacks
-Manage the implementation of various information security-related projects
-Responsible for the Company's internal and external IT audits and ISO audits and certifications, and track the progress of various remedial measures by collaborating with platform managers
-Manage and establish baseline security configurations to review and verify each operating system, application, network and various security devices
-Responsible for regularly conducting network security training and network security drills to enhance the awareness of network security among all employees in the Company
Requirements:
-Degree holder in Information Security, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Minimum 5 years of IT security or data privacy experience
-Certification in CISM, CISA or CISSP is preferred
-Experience in project management, IT governance, IT audit, IT risk management is preferred
-Experience in security solution implementation and incident management
-Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory
-Proficiency in cybersecurity framework like ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL
-Knowledge in PCI-DSS or secure SDLC is preferred
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
