As the old year fades and a new chapter unfolds, the bells of 2026 are about to ring. On this joyous occasion of bidding farewell to the past and welcoming the future, on behalf of CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited, I extend my heartfelt gratitude and best New Year wishes to leaders at all levels, our valued customers, partners, media friends, and investors who have consistently supported our growth. To all our dedicated colleagues and their families who have stood by us, I offer my warmest greetings and deepest respect!

In 2025, we focused on promoting “transformation and development, reform and innovation”, and adhered to the principle of “With the backing of the Mainland, Setting a foothold in Hong Kong and Macau, and Connecting to the World”. Closely aligned with the main theme of “Focusing on international development, and pursuing technological innovation”, we advanced steadily in a complex and ever-changing market environment, accelerated our pace to take the lead on the track of technological innovation, and wrote a new chapter in the high-quality development of the enterprise through practical actions and a strong sense of responsibility.

This year, we deepened our presence in core markets and strengthened our development foundation. We proactively advanced the upgrade of fixed networks to “5.5G” and launched Macau’s first “10 Gigabit Neighborhood” contributing to the development of a 10-Gigabit “Digital Macau”. In Hong Kong, we entered the enterprise security services market, and earned a place among the top three most trusted Security Operations Centers (SOCs) according to clients. We also launched our proprietary intelligent security information and event management platform, “SIEM-MiiND“, to support Hong Kong’s digital transformation.

This year, we prioritized innovation-driven development and unleashed the power of digital intelligence. We accelerated the integration of “AI +” by establishing the CITIC Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Technology Innovation Center, actively contributing to building talent hubs and innovation highlands in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We advanced the “Data Elements x” by launching the world’s first cross-border, cross-operator 5G SD-WAN dedicated line product based on Open Gateway. Our technical excellence was widely recognized by the industry: “Auto-Op” won the “Best Enterprise Solution Award” at CAHK STAR Award 2025, and our Intelligent Financial Fraud Shield Project received the prestigious 2025 Kunlun Ecological Outstanding Lighthouse Award.

This year, we served national strategies and fulfilled our responsibilities as a central state-owned enterprise. We advanced high-quality cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and collaborated with the IDIA to develop the Hong Kong node of an international trusted data space. We actively promoted digital infrastructure connectivity under the Belt and Road Initiative, completed network expansion in Vietnam and Indonesia, established a new PoP in Kazakhstan, and solidified the foundation for the digital economy. We successfully ensured reliable communications during the 15th National Games and Super Typhoon “Ragasa”, safeguarding the well-being of communities in Hong Kong and Macau. We also organized a series of commemorative events marking the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, provided active support for Legislative Council elections in Hong Kong and Macau, and contributed to the steady and enduring implementation of “One Country, Two Systems”.

At this pivotal historical juncture— the successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the dawn of the 15th Five-Year Plan—we deeply feel the powerful pulse of the times. Looking ahead to 2026, as a wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation gathers momentum, opportunities for large-scale AI applications are within reach. We must embrace the proactive spirit of “seizing the day and racing against time”, empower development through digital intelligence, and continue to write new chapters with concrete actions.

In the new year, we will maintain steady progress, adhere to the strategy of “bringing in and going global”, advance the overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises and products, and further enhance the trusted reputation of ” CITIC—Your Trusted Partner for Going Global and Coming to China”. We will continue to consolidate our strengths in the Macau market, deliver high-quality and reliable communication services, and remain the “mainstay of communications” for Macau’s social well-being and economic development. We will seize opportunities in AI development by driving internal intelligence upgrades and external empowerment, and we will use AI to drive corporate digital transformation. We will further expand our presence in Southeast Asia and along the Belt and Road, strengthen global resource integration, and elevate our brand influence worldwide.

“Though the road ahead is long, perseverance will lead us to our destination; though the tasks are daunting, action will ensure success.” Facing new situation and new tasks as we embark on the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, we will fully align with national development landscape, target the global information and communications market, cultivate new momentum through new productive forces, unleash new vitality through deepened reforms, and create new advantages through digital and intelligent transformation. On the path of serving national strategies, advancing industry development, and delivering value to customers, we will press forward with unwavering determination!
