Mr. Zhao Lei, has been appointed as a director of the Company since 6 December 2024. Mr. Zhao is currently the general manager of Technology and Digitalization Department of CITIC Group. Mr. Zhao is a Master of Economics and an engineer and has worked in several CITIC Group companies since 1993. He served as deputy general manager of CITIC Industrial Investment Group Corp., Ltd.(5). He also served successively as president, vice chairman and executive director of CITIC Holdings Co., Ltd.(5).
