CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom” or the “Group”; stock code: 1883), a leading multinational internet-oriented telecommunications services enterprise in the Asia Pacific, attended the AI+ Cloud-Network Autonomous Ecological Cooperation Forum and the Kunlun Ecological Alliance Roundtable Forum, both organised by China Telecom in Guangzhou on 4 December 2025.  At these two major events, our Intelligent Financial Fraud Shield Project achieved significant results with the 2025 Kunlun Ecological Outstanding Lighthouse Award, fully demonstrating the company’s leading position in digital innovation and financial security.

At the AI+ Cloud-Network Autonomous Ecological Cooperation Forum, CITIC Telecom’s Intelligent Financial Fraud Shield Project achieved the 2025 Kunlun Ecological Outstanding Lighthouse Award by leveraging on its outstanding performance in technological innovation, compliance management and industry application. This award is a strong recognition of our company’s efforts in promoting the deep integration of financial risk control and communication technology, and also highlights our prominent role within the industry ecosystem.

Subsequently, CITIC Telecom presented detailed design concept, technological structure and application achievements of the Intelligent Financial Fraud Shield Project at the Kunlun Ecological Alliance Roundtable Forum. The Intelligent Financial Fraud Shield Project provides robust protection for users’ transaction security through real-time multi-factor authentication and blocking of fraudulent bank transfers and payments, protecting users from impersonation fraud, especially fraudulent transactions and credit card theft. The presentation also covered how cloud-network integration and intelligent risk control methods can effectively enhance fraud prevention capabilities for financial institutions, and promote collaborative innovation between the telecom and financial industries.
