Mr. Ip Hon Chung, Dickson, is the Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Ip joined the Company in November 2006. He was responsible for the areas of engineering, information technology, business and management information system and development. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (“CUHK”) in 1994 and received a Master degree in Information Engineering from CUHK in 1998. Prior to joining the Company, he held various technical positions in New World PCS Ltd. To date, Mr. Ip has over 29 years practical experience in the field of telecommunications and information technology.
