1, Project Description:
Procurement Entity: CITIC Telecom International Limited
Background Information: The Employer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive solution for 5G mobile service with backward compatibility to existing 2/3/4G service.
Site locations: 17/F, CITIC Telecom Tower, 93 Kwai Fuk Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, HK
Service Period: The Project is expected to commence in Q3 2026 and last for approximately 3 months.
2, Pre-Qualification requirement:
The applicant needs to meet the following requirements: –
i)Hardware Provision: Capable of providing hardware to serve 5G mobile service and replace the existing 4G Core Network Elements.
ii) Proven Experience: Have at least one experience on successful deployment of 5G mobile service.
iii) Industry Expertise: Minimum of five years of experience in delivering mobile service.
iv) Support Service: Capable of providing 7 x 24 technical support.
v) Regulatory Compliance: Able to manage import and export license procedures in compliance with Hong Kong regulations for products subject to import/export control.
3, Expression of Interest

4, Submission deadlines
Pre-Qualification submission deadline: 26 May 2026, 17:00 (Hong Kong Time)
Submission received after the respective deadline, or applicant failing to meet any of the qualification requirements, will not be considered
