1, Project Description:
Procurement Entity: CITIC Telecom International Limited

Background Information: The Employer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive solution for replacing existing transmission network equipment and migrating a portion of transmission lines to new equipment.

5/F, DCH MOTOR SERVICE CENTRE, 111 LEE NAM ROAD, AP LEI CHAU, HK
32/F, Mega iAdvantage, 399 Chi Wan Road, Chai Wan

Service Period: The Project is expected to commence in Q4 2025 and last for approximately four months.

2, Qualification requirement:
The applicant needs to meet the following requirements: –
i) Hardware Provision: Capable of providing hardware to replace the existing transmission network equipment.
ii) Migration Services: Able to provide services for migrating transmission lines (including E1, FE, GE, STM-1, and STM-16) to the newly deployed hardware.
iii) Proven Experience: Successful completion of at least one migration project of similar scope in Hong Kong.
iv) Industry Expertise: Minimum of five years of experience in delivering optical transmission network solutions in Hong Kong.
v) Local Support: Capable of providing 7 x 24 local technical support in Hong Kong.
vi) Regulatory Compliance: Able to manage import and export license procedures in compliance with Hong Kong regulations for products subject to import/export control.

3, Expression of Interest

4, Submission deadlines

Expression of Interest submission deadline: 28 Jul 2025, 17:00 (Hong Kong Time)

Submission received after the respective deadline, or applicant failing to meet any of the qualification requirements, will not be considered
