1, Project Description:
Procurement Entity: CITIC Telecom International Limited

Background Information: The employer is looking for qualified and experienced vendor to provide a complete solution for the replacement of production network equipment.
Site location:
17/F, CITIC Telecom Tower, 93 Kwai Fuk Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, HK

Service Period: The Project is expected to start in 2025Q3 and last for 12 months.

2, Qualification requirement:
The applicant needs to meet the following requirements: –
i) Capable to provide hardware of Juniper equipment with Juniper Networks Partner Support (Elite, Elite Plus or Distributer required)
ii) Capable to provide migration service by Juniper Authorized Partner (Elite, Elite Plus or Distributer required)
iii) Successfully completed min. of one migration project similar in nature to the current migration service in Hong Kong
iv) Min. 5 years of experience in providing Juniper EX series switches or MX series routers in Hong Kong
v) Capable to manage import and export license procedures, in compliance with HKTID regulations for products subject to import / export license control

3, Expression of Interest

Qualified and experienced parties interested in participating, should complete the Expression of Interest application form on or before the submission deadline.

4, Submission deadlines

Expression of Interest submission deadline: 30 May 2025, 17:00 (Hong Kong Time)
Tender Document submission deadline: 13 Jun 2025, 17:00 (Hong Kong Time)

Submission received after the respective deadline, or applicant failing to meet any of the qualification requirements, will not be considered
