1, Project Description:
Procurement Entity: CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited
Background Information: The Employer invites qualified contractors to tender for the renovation works for the whole office floors at CTT 19/F & 22/F.
Site Locations: CITIC Telecom Tower, 93 Kwai Fuk Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong
Service Period: The Project is expected to run from 18 August 2026 to 17 October 2026.
2, Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements and submit supporting documents where applicable:
i) Completed Pre-Qualification Application Form (Click here to download the form).
ii) Copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate.
iii) Copy of the company registry record as proof of Hong Kong incorporated limited company status.
iv) Company profile demonstrating local presence.
v) Proof of registration as a minor works contractor.
vi) Proof of registration as a fire service installation contractor, or evidence of an appointed qualified subcontractor.
vii) Proof of registration as an electrical contractor, or evidence of an appointed qualified subcontractor.
viii) Reference for office renovation projects exceeding 10,000 square feet within the past three years, including client names, locations, floor areas and scope of works.
ix) Confirmation that all employees and workers assigned to the project are either Hong Kong residents or holders of valid Hong Kong work visas, and that they possess valid Safety Cards.
x) Details of any other relevant awards, qualifications, or professional licences, if applicable.
3, Expression of Interest
Interested and qualified parties should complete the Pre-Qualification Application Form, attach the required supporting documents, and submit the full application by email to AMPtender_All@citictel.com on or before the submission deadline.
4, Submission Deadline
The deadline for Pre-Qualification submission is 15 July 2026, 18:00 (Hong Kong Time).
Late submission, or submissions that do not meet the qualification requirements, will not be considered.
Pre-qualified applicants will be notified separately by the Employer.
